As I put on outdoor lights to decorate the house for another holiday season I started to think about what evergreens I could add next year to add to the winter landscape. Abies koreana ‘Horstmann’s Siberlocke would be a perfect addition with its curved white leaves and smaller stature reaching only twelve feet high, perfect for lighting up with just the use of a small step ladder. Plus it is adorn with it own ornaments, female cones are held upright along it’s branches. I am already thinking of the perfect place to plant Horstmann’s Siberlocke Fir come spring.
Enjoy the holiday season and think about what other natural living decorations you can add to your landscape.
