Lakeside Patio and Fire-pit
Created a space for the entire family in their backyard that was once a sea of grass with only a small concrete landing. Large patio space leading to a fire-pit provides more then enough room to entertain with family and friends. Lakeside lawn was removed from under oaks and restored to a savanna like setting with native grasses and perennials.
Challenge
Designing a space when starting with absolutely nothing is always a challenge.
Solution
Worked closely with client to understand their ideas and created a plan that met those wishes we were able to create a recreational backyard that is functional for large gatherings.
